What are you doing to lose weight?
I’ve been using this iPhone app called Lose It to track what I’m eating, and also using Pinterest to find healthy recipes for me to cook. And I’m also working out every day in the gym that’s in my building. It’s seriously going so well, and it’s really not as hard as I thought it would be. I can’t believe I didn’t do this years ago!
